If this couch could talk, I'm only aware of things it might say about the last two years or so. Before that, it belonged to a friend, and I'm told has had something of a sordid past. It's the couch that Dan and I shared our first kiss on. And now, thanks to the beauty of the "free" section on minneapolis craigslist, it will be intricately involved in the future of politics. As intricately involved as a couch can be. That's right. Our couch, perhaps even now, is on its way to its new home at Al Franken's senate campaign headquarters. We were even encouraged by the very friendly, somewhat hippy man who came to pick it up to come to the kickoff picnic. Enjoy, Al and company! Awesome.
