Me: Hi. I was in here about a week ago having some work done on my car, and now whenever I hit a bump at a high speed (mostly on the highway), my hood latch comes open.

Guy at Tires Plus: (look of confusion)

Me: So I was hoping someone could take a look and figure out why that is.

Guy at Tires Plus: What's your phone number?

Me: (phone number)

Guy at Tires Plus: The first time I'll be able to have a guy look at it is sometime after 1 today, does that work for you?

What I should have said: Oh, you mean if I don't die a horrible fiery death on the way to work today?
